Continued action with our partners on completing initiatives and goals set through the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that T-Mobile entered with six formidable civil rights organizations last year.
An immediate show of financial support by the T-Mobile Foundation in the form of a $150,000 donation to the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund (LDF), the premier organization fighting for racial justice through litigation, advocacy and public education to eliminate disparities in equity and access to opportunity.
And through June 30, the T-Mobile Foundation is also offering a 2:1 match for legacy T-Mobile employee donations to the NAACP LDF, up to $300,000 (was $150,000). Our donation matching program will be launching for legacy Sprint employees later this summer through our integration work – in the meantime, T-Mobile is also making a stand-alone donation to the NAACP LDF in honor of our new team members.
